Counselling at the HSE National Drug Treatment Centre

The code of Ethics and Practice for Counsellors states that “Counselling may be concerned with developmental issues, addressing and resolving specific problems, making decisions, coping with crisis, developing personal insight and knowledge, working through feelings of inner conflict or improving relationships with others”.”.

Here in the Drug Treatment Board a team of fully trained and accredited counsellors are available to engage in one to one session with any client attending the clinic.
